Our goal is to provide a forum to connect parties requiring due diligence on companies with experts who provide such services.

By registering with us or using or browsing this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. This web site is not directed to anyone younger than 18 and is offered only to users 18 years of age or older. Any person who provides his/her personal information through this web site represents that he/she is 18 years of age or older.

Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs may upload information about your business plan, including information you consider confidential. The DLGNZ platform requires experts to electronically accept a Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") regarding entrepreneurs' confidential information. A sample of the NDA may be viewed here. Additionally, entrepreneurs are free to require experts to execute your own NDA. Although we have taken precautions to secure your data, we cannot guarantee that there will never be a software bug or a hacker attack that will allow unauthorized viewing of material.

Experts

It is important for investors to use discretion in how they handle confidential information. The DLGNZ platform requires experts to electronically accept a Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") regarding entrepreneurs' confidential information. A sample of the NDA may be viewed here. Additionally, entrepreneurs may require you to execute their own NDA.

Cancellations

We encourage users to utilize user feedback when selecting projects or experts, and to try to settle conflicts amongst themseleve. Cancellation requests may be submitted to Customer Support prior to final acceptance by the buyer. Due to the nature of the work involved, experts will be expending considerable resources in delivering a final product, which will be taken into account. Projects may not be canceled simply due to an unfavorable report or to bypass paying the DLGNZ fee.

Products and Services

Products and services referenced herein may not be eligible for sale to residents of certain jurisdictions or certain investor classes.
